At the glamorous women’s conference, Vortex Fest, attendees were treated to a Tony Robbins-like experience with a girly twist. Set against the backdrop of The Fonda Theater in Hollywood, the event was a pink Barbie-themed extravaganza, complete with a pink carpet, stage, and disco ball ceiling installation.
From backstage to every detail of design, our team meticulously produced the event, ensuring every aspect reflected the essence of feminine empowerment and confidence-building. Throughout the day, speakers took the stage to guide attendees on manifesting their dreams, tapping into their potential, and exploring astrology, all while our DJ kept the energy high with fun dance breaks from a Barbie-themed DJ booth. Bubbles, confetti, and sparkles added to the atmosphere, with our event team in white attire and angel wings ensuring every detail was perfect.
